| Syrian forces hand 14 French Islamic State fighters to Iraq |

| Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) – The U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces on Monday handed over 14 foreign Islamic State militants to Iraq, a security source was quoted as saying. Speaking to Iraqi website Baghdad Today, the source said that the IS fighters are of French nationality. It was unclear if they will be deported to their country, the source added. |
