Top Taliban leader, coordinator of high profile attacks in Kabul has been killed

commander who was involved in coordinating high profile attacks has been killed during an operation in Sayyidabad district of Wardak province.

According to the informed military sources, Taliban commander Qari Sahid, known for coordinating attacks high profile attacks in Kabul was killed in an air strike 23 February in Sayyidabad district, Wardak province.

The sources further added another Taliban mid-level commander and attack controller was also killed in an air strike which was carried out on 25 February in Sayyidabad district of Wardak province.

In the meantime, at least 10 Talibs were killed, 2 vehicle-borne improvised bombs, a house-borne improvised bomb were destroyed during the operations of the Afghan Special Forces and Arclight airstrikes in Ghazni and Uruzgan provinces.
