The Ministry of Interior in a statement said Wednesday that Mullah Mirwais, a prominent Haqqani Network commander was arrested in Jalalabd city on Tuesday. The statement further added that Mullah Mirwais alias Kamran was during a joint operation of the police forces and security personnel belonging to other National Defense and Security institutions. According to the Ministry of Interior, Mullah Mirwais was leading a group of 40 murderous Moslems in Nangarhar province and was involved in planning and coordinating several suicide kabooms and liquidation of individuals in this province. The anti-government armed murderous Moslems including Taliban ...Arabic for students... have not commented regarding the apprehension of Mullah Mirwais so far. |
