[ALMASDARNEWS] Hezbollah mourned the loss of one its soldier this week after he was reportedly killed in the eastern countryside of the Homs Governorate.According to Hezbollah media relations, Khalil Ibrahim Qassem (AKA Hisham Murtada) of ’Eita al-Sha’ab in Leb’s Natabieh Governorate was killed while on patrol in eastern Homs.

The Lebanese group has been active in Syria since April 2013; they have participated in several battles across the country, including al-Qusayr, Qalamoun, Aleppo, Palmyra, Deir Ezzor, and al-Zabadani.
