Sunday after police say video posted to social media shows him urinating on a marked police vehicle as a crowd cheered him on outside a movie theater. Tauqeer Boyd, 22, of West Orange, was arrested less than 24 hours after the incident at CityPlex 12 Newark movie theater, according to Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose. "We absolutely will not tolerate disrespect of our police," Ambrose said in a statement. "We take this as a personal insult. When our department became aware of this, we moved quickly to apprehend the suspect." |
