Hillsborough Circuit Judge Michelle Sisco issued an order Monday rejecting arguments from Long’s defense, including the contention that Florida’s lethal injection drugs might cause Long to have a seizure during the execution. #4 I'm sure that a day rental on a mulcher isn't too steep. Clean up before return might need a day though. Definitely going to need a Hotsy for that task. |

#3 Florida’s lethal injection drugs might cause Long to have a seizure during the execution. Sheesh. We're killing the guy for cripes sake. My only concerns are that the method is not unnecessarily cruel and doesn't make too big a mess. Long's murder spree happened back in 1984, thirty some years ago. It's time to put this matter to rest. |

#2 Tampa is a very gritty place. Some hard precincts there, some hard outcomes for people who live on the edge. Bobby Joe is getting off easy if he gets put to sleep. |
