| [ToloNews] Four back-to-back kabooms rocked Jalalabad city in the eastern Nangarhar The unfortunate Afghan province located adjacent to Mohmand, Kurram, and Khyber Agencies. The capital is Jalalabad. The province was the fief of Younus Khalis after the Soviets departed and one of his sons is the current provincial Taliban commander. Nangarhar is Haqqani country.. province on Monday evening. The provincial governor's front man Attaullah Khogyani said the kabooms happened in Talashi Square in Jalalabad's PD1. He said that at least three people were killed and 20 others were maimed in the kabooms. He said the blasts were as a result of IEDs planted in the area. No group has grabbed credit for the kabooms
