The 201st Silab Corps in a statement said the Taliban and ISIS snuffies clashed with each other in Khogyani district on Thursday.
The statement further added that the clash left one ISIS fighter and 5 Talibs dead including a Taliban commander Abdul Rahman.

The anti-government armed snuffies including Taliban and ISIS sympathizers have not commented regarding the infighting so far.
This comes as the security situation in some remote districts of Nangarhar province has tanked during the recent years. Both Taliban and ISIS snuffies are active in remote areas of the province.
