| 6 Iraqi security men killed in armed attack in Salahuddin |

| Salahuddin (IraqiNews.com) ‐ Six Iraqi coppers were killed Tuesday while on mission to arrest perpetrators of a terrorist attack in Salahuddin province. The Iraqi Security Media Cell, in a press statement, stated that a security force came under attack as they launched a manhunt for a terrorist cell implicated in the kaboom of a police vehicle in al-Tarmiyah district in Salahuddin. Six coppers were killed in the attack and the corpse count is expected to rise, the statement read. Three of the attackers were killed in the operation as well, it added.
