‘Extraordinary & persistent illegality': UK's MI5 accused of mishandling bulk surveillance data
2019-06-12
[RT] UK domestic counter-intelligence service MI5 has been accused in High Court of violating data collection and storage privileges by storing private citizens’ information in bulk without proper protections.

MI5 has no control of its storage of vast volumes of people’s calls, messages, web browsing history, as well as other personal data that the agency has managed to obtain on the basis of surveillance warrants, which were often issued under false pretext, the High Court heard on Tuesday in a legal challenge brought by the human rights organization Liberty.

#7  I got a newsflash for you. Most of our elected officials, bureaucrats, and so-called elites are heavily compromised. Have been for ages.

#6  If you read ”Sundance” articles you know what type of data can be collected on any individual. It leads one to think that our politicians and elites are controlled by the deep state. AOC explained what is happening to her and why she thinks a pay raise would prevent some of the problems. Remember how many Republicans resigned in 2016?

#5  Woodrow is absolutely right. From trafficking, health insurance fraud, interference and subversion of democracy to electoral fraud, swinging of adjudication, legislation and policy, all is being done by the infiltrators. And in lot of the activities, data is playing a role.

#4  If these people were concentrating on the job their organization was originally set up to do, the "information" they are hoarding would have a very short shelf life and would be deleted within months rather than years of being collected.

#3  When the deep state members know they will never be sent to prison, this crap happens.

Knowing how islamics & commies have infiltrated FBI, CIA, MI5 and MI6: What is almost as troubling is how the bulk data is used against us by other countries.
