| #2 I remember the M1 having a huge laundry list of issues as well when it was first deployed. The press published them over and over before the first gulf war. The thing is, the Army had quietly fixed most of the issues before the war and all the problems with the M1A1, Apache, BlackHawk and others the press said would cause our shit to break instantly never came to pass. I have optimism the same history will pass with the F-35. |
