| [KhaamaPress] The Afghan forces thwarted hard boyz bid to detonated a vehicle-borne improvised bomb in Jalalabad city of Nangarhar The unfortunate Afghan province located adjacent to Mohmand, Kurram, and Khyber Agencies. The capital is Jalalabad. The province was the fief of Younus Khalis after the Soviets departed and one of his sons is the current provincial Taliban commander. Nangarhar is Haqqani country.. The Ministry of Interior (MoI) in a statement said the security forces discovered the boom-mobile during an operation in Mohmandara district. The statement further added that the hard boyz were looking to use the boom-mobile in an attack in Jalalabad city. However, there's more than one way to stuff a chicken... the interior ministry said the Afghan forces to discover and defuse the boom-mobile before hard boyz manage to detonate it in Jalalabad city. The anti-government armed elements have not commented regarding the report so far. |
