| #6 Would be interesting to see if stabbings are rising while shootings are going down. Said another way, I wonder if the incidence of "people wounded by tools" is constant and maybe the choice of implements vs intent doesn't really matter. |

| #5 The police won't do anything except lock their car doors. Just try defending yourself against a knife attack. Maybe one in a thousand have a chance, and they are still likely to be wounded if an actual fight occurs. Sam Colt made men equal, but in the UK you are not allowed to defend yourself. |
