Dothan Mayor Mark Saliba told CNN that the incident will be investigated immediately and that the City Commission has since identified the need for an updated animal shelter. #2 Dothan is an agricultural city. Not much there in the way of industry. It's claims to fame are the hometown of Bobby Goldsboro and the National Peanut Festival. |
