#2 It is a short-barreled rifle. The modification consists of a few minutes work with a hacksaw. I'm shocked, SHOCKED, I tell you that a person determined to engage in major illegalness would stop along the way to engage in lessor crimes. What we need is a law that criminals have to obey the law. That's the real crux of the problem. |
