| #1 actually the law still bars people with leprosy from entry to the US the problem is that leprosy is not easily detectable in its early stages and we are letting in large numbers leprosy is curable but it takes a six month treatment with multiple drugs so it is almost impossible to manage this with a large population of homeless people |
