for the incident, the 209th Shaheen Corps further added that the earth-shattering kaboom also killed women and kiddies.
Furthermore, the 209th Shaheen said the civilians were on their way to Mazar Sharif when their vehicle struck an improvised bomb.
The 209th Shaheen Corps also added that the earth-shattering kaboom took place almost a week after a similar blast killed 12 civilians in Dawlatabad district of Balkh.
