#10 The plan is shrewd. Those "homeless" individuals will not dig being off by themselves without access to unmonitored handouts from the public or drugs and alcohol. Something will have to give. |

#6 Actually with the growing demand for "free counseling " of all types we could have Gunnery Sergeants who specialize in combative arts travel to location to conduct and instruct how to wall to wall counseling. "My wife has gotten clean and is taking much better care of the kids . I just mention counseling and goes and hides in the closet till her shakes stop. " |
