| #8 Sources inside the department confide that investigators have discovered an unprecedented, "possibly infinite," number of crosshairs, swastikas, and "several other symbols." The emblems are reportedly so cleverly encoded as to be almost invisible to a casual observer. One official praised the employee who first noticed the offensive patterns: "These things had been there for a while, maybe even since the construction of the building, and might have gone unnoticed indefinitely if this very alert HR person, apparently a crossword afficionado, hadn't been unusually constipated." |

| #7 Interesting how little info on the crime is in the report. Was it on a piece of paper pinned to a bulletin board or drawn on the bathroom wall? Did there appear to be a target or was it found in or near the trash? Was it part of a case someone in the department is working on and simply fell out of a folder? Different details lead to different possible answers. |
