| #3 When there are lots of feces on the streets and a rainstorm or water truck rinsing the street, the feces laden water flows down the grate and into the storm drain and then into..........the waters of the United States. And there’s the rub. History of chronic negligent discharge by the city. It is well documented. Hell, there is a poop map website on line. Trump alynskies the alynskiites. |
