#3 The Indian govt decreed in 2017, CCTVs and A/V recording of every classroom in recognized muslim seminaries, just like in every school and university. At least in big cities, almost every Jamia school, madarsa and seminary now features this. And the home ministry can inspect the footage whenever they want. The place can be sealed if the cameras don't work and its assets frozen. |
