| #1 My wife is a psychotherapist for Kaiser I can tell you that everything the Kaiser spokeshole said was pure crap Kaiser want to eliminate pensions for retiree psychologists and cut their benefits package The backlog of patients awaiting access to a therapist is 6 to 8 weeks after waiting 4 to 6 weeks to get an initial intake appointment The latest contract proposal from Kaiser does not even match cost of living and contains no provisions for periodic cost of living increases |
