#2  They just take a different tack to get attention and it has. No one was addressing the issue, so they decided to force the issue to the front. Just like they can't figure Trump out they can't figure why SD decided to do this. See - laser and cat

I wonder how much meth both the adverting agency and the SDDSS were on when this campaign was thought up and implemented?
