Magnan allegedly used fake credentials with Marine Corps seal

Suspicious sheriff's deputy noticed Magnan wasn't wearing Marine uniform

Investigators later learned Magnan was dishonorably discharged from Marines

He was convicted in court-martial of sexual abuse and sodomy of young Marines a decade ago

#7 I mean, anybody who was a Marine, even if they were tossed out, IS a former Marine. Much like a Congresscritter who is convicted of corruption and thrown in jail is still a Former Congresscreature.
