[Right Scoop] It appears, according to David Steinberg, that three federal agencies are now investigating criminal allegations against Rep. Ilhan Omar that could lead to her being arrested for committing a number of felonies including student loan fraud and immigration fraud, which we’ve written about here before:

#4  I think some, maybe most, of the fraud committed by Omar may only result in administrative penalties. There is a 5 year statute of limitations on many fraud related issues.
