#12  In Anchorage, AK we have gasoline at $2.75 and diesel at $2.71. Propane at $2.90. It has been slowly dropping. We have one refinery up here at Nikiski on the Kenai peninsula.

Flint Hills in North Pole shut down. It used to supply the diesel and jet fuel for Eilson and Elmendorf AFB and Anchorage Intl airport.

#10  The Saudis can't keep cutting back forever. They have a HUGE welfare state for their citizens--free education, as much as they want, and wherever they want, for example--plus lots of other goodies. They need cash, and there is only one source they have for it--oil exports.

#9  $2.70 here in Eastern Mass. That was a station right off Rt 3 North in Hanover on Thursday, so you could probably get it elsewhere for 10 - 15 cents less if you shop around.

#5  I’m in the DFW area, Weatherford, Parker County. I’ve seen gas at $1.91, I expect it to drop further. I filled up the Wing yesterday with Ethanol Free unleaded at $2.09/gal. Yes, we can get Ethanol free gasoline here.
