| #1 Wrong. "proportional" is wrong. Even a multiple of proportional is wrong. That just means keeping on keeping on. The answer is...you mess with Americans, we kill you, we break your stuff, there's nothing left. In the long run, lives are saved and who cares what the ICC thinks, anyway. |
