| #1 Someone needs to build a dozen rooms with beds and ventilators and such into shipping containers. Then you could fly them in, plug the power in, and have ready to go emergency expansion. Same thing with room & board. Same thing without the ventilators. Quickly house refugees and each one is small enough to semi-isolate in the case of infection. |
