| #7 ...Cal OES replied that if any details of the contract were to be made public now it could jeopardize the agreement. WTF? How and Why? If the contract is on the up and up it could surely survive a little daylight. If not, then it's hinky as hell and needs to be exposed. Since it's a contract with Chicoms, the suspicion must be that it's crooked. |
