#3 Strategic targets - that's like dams and such, right? Ports, ammo dumps, etc. Anything that causes significant amounts of civilian death would be a mistake. It would open the door to a nuclear attack on Taiwan, unless Taiwan reveals a hitherto unknown missile-borne nuclear capability as a deterrent. |
