I dunno if the statute was "harming" anyone, but Washington at the head of a column of Continentals with bayonets fixed sure did. Ask the Hessians.

"We really want to have a conversation about how to address the issues that those pieces of art raise," Nelson Kent said. "Do we remove things? We've removed things. We've moved things. We can take things out of the collection. We can reinterpret things."

#9  This is about escalating provocation. The trick is to separate the useful idiot/zealots who have nothing else to do, from the insurgents cadres. They want a bloodbath to escalate the public’s eagerness to make it a all go away and just let Biden win. What follows is clear to those of us here who know history. What we need are counterrevolutionary policies and behaviors to save our Republic. While I would love a White Lives Matter demonstration swamping that crappy Chinese sculpture in DC, I am not sure the ensuing violence would be honesty portrayed as initiated by the BLM intifada.

#2  New penalty by law. Topple a statue never be able to handle pieces of paper or coin with representation of white people for the rest of your life. Caught with it, it can be legally removed from you by any citizen.
