#5 Steve - it would need to be a 70s or earlier car with no computers in it and no air-pressure transducers in the tires. Also no cellphones or net enabled anything and mud on a license plate with no RFID in the date tag. |

Also, it would help to automate the painting process as much as possible. Consider, if you will, a car with a dozen computer-controlled paint nozzles arranged crosswise underneath the car. Now you have a "dot matrix printer" that can create text and images simply by driving down the street. |
