#19  Found it! The Cincinnnati.com journalist definitely has a point of view.

#18   they tried a "BLM march" in Bethel, OH.

I missed that, Rob. But to be fair, i don’t generally follow the local news.

#17  My wife keeps her horse at a stable about 1 mile from the bottom of the Kingsbury grade actually, so I'm glad a friend keeps an eye on the bottom end of the Carson Valley.

#14  Freedom of speech. A two way street. When they start burning stuff, that's not speech no matter what SCOTUS drooled.

Spoken like a true gentleman. I happily accept.

#12  BLM held an event on Aug 8th in Minden NV to protest our Sheriff telling the library if your support BLM don't feel the need to call us. Maybe 50 BLM supporters and about 900 locals in support of the Sheriff and against BLM and their bilge showed up. Almost everyone supporting BLM was from CA and even the bay area, 4hrs away Mostly polite, some noise and a couple of hours of sporadic shouting and walking around on Main Street (US 395 is really the only major street in the Minden/Garnerville area) Incidentally, a fair number of citizens showed up armed with long guns, mostly AR15s in nonthreatening carry. Despite the planned return this past weekend with more supporters according to the BLM jerkoff spokesman (one of the few blacks actually there), not a peep nor trace was seen. Seems the deep red nature of the community didn't fit well in the anarchist playbook.

#11  They come into my neighborhood, they will get stomped and if they have weapons, killed.

They more-or-less came into the neighborhood I grew up in when they tried a "BLM march" in Bethel, OH. The videos from that day were largely taken in front of the library I went to, now the town's historical museum.

Word got out about the march, and vets, bikers, and good ol' boys showed up. The thing you hear on the videos is "protect the flag" -- the flag raised on the pole from the WWII Veterans Memorial, in front of the Grant Memorial building. Because Grant once lived in Bethel.

There were a couple of arrests -- because one idiot sucker-punched an "activist" -- but it was mostly peaceful. And the "BLM march" slunk out of town, whining that the town "wasn't ready" for their message.

#7  If they start really going effecting the suburbs and rural areas, you can expect that to come next.

Especially if there is a large red wave and landslide, but these local jokers stay in power with everything going on and the center and right feel no one will help them.

Then yes, you will see violent overthrows of the mayors and governors.

Do not advocate violence against Americans.

#5  @1

There is a reason BLMATIFA haven't gone into the deep red areas in this country much. The couple times they have, they have gotten their asses kicked hard. They come into my neighborhood, they will get stomped and if they have weapons, killed.
They know this. But this is why Portland and Seattle are the hotspots for their activities.

#4  And this creep can't be that bright. The boats all have nice big easy to see registration numbers on them. She just wants someone else to do the lookup. As for how people react to having angry strangers show up on their doorstep, well that will have various outcomes.

#3  More than ever before, it's stupid to volunteer to go headfirst into the legal system in this country to "make a point." There's nobody in antifa or blm I feel a need to sit in jail over.

#1  The more I hear about BLM/Antifa, the more I become convinced that you [Americans] are not violent enough.
