| #7 Egg baskets, yes, willing or not, and Uyghur men can go without. Young Han men who are unlucky with Han girls but have shown themselves to be good communists are rewarded. Uyghur parents who are willing to pimp their daughters are also rewarded. |

| #3 I'm kind of amazed China didn't do this right off. Last I heard the 1-child policy has left them with way to many males. If each took an Uyghur bride they could basically destroy Uyghurs culture in a generation. |
