On Saturday morning, Taliban bully boyz attacked the western part of Herat province, causing chaos in the central market area of the district, these festivities took around to hours to end, and the bully boyz were pushed back two kilometers away from the region.
Jelani Farhad, Spokesperson to Herat’s governor confirmed the battle, he said the attacks have now been pushed back.
This attack did not cause any harm to the defense forces, but a child was mildly injured between the clash, Jilani added.
The spokesperson also said, according to the investigations the incident did not cause financial losses, but it contained heavy casualties on the Taliban side, the bully boyz had lost 5 of their members and some were maimed.
According to the local police reports, some motorcyclists entered the area but with the response of security forces, they escaped and resided in residential areas.
