A practiced hit to a life-critical target should be assault with a deadly weapon, or even attempted premeditated murder. Especially unprovoked. It isn't just the hit, it is the fall. Lady was lucky, I guess if that is the right word, the car caught the fall instead of the curb.

An uncontrolled fall from a standing position such as feinting, or heat exhaustion, causes a whip effect upon the skull, further exasperated by a hard surface causes real damage in and of itself - never mind from a physical blow. Its why official boxing/sparring arenas floor has a bounce or cushion to mitigate impact.
