More likely, the CCP paid out small dollops of petty cash that Hoover and Pop could easily launder. $500k here, a million there, $850,000 for Hoover's alimony bills, 6-figure wire transfers to pay for renovations to the Big Guy's Delaware McMansions, fancy cars and binges on hookers and crack etc |
