'Political parasite': Trump ally Lindsey Graham blasted in new Lincoln Project ad
2020-10-30
[INDEPENDENT.CO.UK] Republican anti-Trump group the Lincoln Project has launched a blistering attack on senator Lindsey Graham
...soft-spoken senator from South Carolina, former best buddy of John Maverick McCain. Since McCain's demise, Graham has become more outspoken, more Republican and more of a supporter of President Trump. The speech he gave in support of Brett Kavanaugh was downright manly and really cheesed off the Dems...
, describing him as a "political parasite" just days before South Carolina's remaining voters head to the polls.

"Lindsey Graham: a political parasite with a record of lies and personal betrayals," the narrator says in a new ad, which aired earlier this week. "He was barely holding on before becoming Donald Trump
...Perhaps no man has ever had as much fun being president of the US...
's sycophant.

"Now? He's despised. And desperate," the narrator continues. Senator Graham, 65, faces the fight of his political life to hang onto his South Carolina seat, which he has held since 2002 after replacing Strom Thurmond.

He is up against a well-funded opponent in Democrat Jaime Harrison, with the latest polls showing the race on a knife edge just a week out from election day.

As chairman of the Senate judiciary committee, senator Graham was at the heart of GOP's successful move to install judge Amy Coney Barrett on the supreme court before the 3 November poll.

#11  Your Choice: Graham or else risk giving control of the Senate to Schumer to ram thru Obamacare2, tax increases, gun grabs, and packing the Supreme Court.

You do the math. If you don't like Graham, start finding out who will ru against him in the Primary in 2026 and throw money at them.

#10   That's reason enough to not vote for him.

That’s what primaries are for. In November your choice is vote for the Republican or give up the Senate and the next four years to the Swamp. Your choice.

#9  Yes, he's a political parasite. Sadly, despite that he remains less-damaging than the opposition, so just let him continue sucking his smaller volume of blood - at least he doesn't inject Lyme disease, malaria etc. in the process.

#8  Agree with #1 and #5. My wife and I are going to hold our noses quite hard and vote for him Tuesday.

Jaime Harrison would be a disaster. As would D control of the Senate.

#7  What #1 said. The Senate is needed. It would be great if the House could be flipped.

#6  I hear ya about the (R[INO]), but he's not worthy and needs to go. Look at the shenanigans he and hit tag-team partner Tokyo Rose McCain did. That's reason enough to not vote for him. He's been there too long. Let him go play USAF Reserve JAG officer somewhere.

#5  The only reason I'd vote for Graham is the (R) beside his name to avoid Senate control by the LSD's.

He is way tooooooooooooo much like John McCain

#3  He's rudderless without Maverick. But he's not much worse than any of the rest of our feckless, Washington overlords.

#2  If the GOP can gain a seat in the Senate, then I would be quite content with Graham getting beat. Well, maybe even if they don't gain a seat. Graham is a spineless chicken hawk.

#1  The Lincoln Project is right, he is a political parasite. But for now he's OUR parasite. He is needed as much as Susan Collins.
