Yesterday when police announced the number of arrests in the Mon-Tues looting, charges were for "burglary". And in the directive, @phillypolice point out no calls for burglary will be responded to by the dept.&officers think that leaves no deterrent to stop looting @FOX29philly pic.twitter.com/2AyhIyV7O7

Singleton works directly under Police Commissioner Danielle M. Outlaw.

Will Melvin Singleton get on his knees and help the victims of the Black Lives Matter movement he knelt before rebuild?

Don't count on it!

Lets see
Violation of Philly Police Conduct Memorandum dated 8-15-2015
http://www.phillypolice.com/assets/directives/D1.0-MissionAndValuesStatements.pdf

Violation of OATH OF OFFICE
The “Oath of Office” will be “I, [name], solemnly swear that I will support, obey, and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Home Rule Charter of Philadelphia, and ordinances of the City of Philadelphia; and abide by all the rules and regulations of the Philadelphia Police Department without consideration to a person’s race, color, sex, gender identity, religious creed, sexual orientation, age, national origin, ancestry, handicap or disability; and that I will discharge the duties of my office with fidelity.”

They need to Petition their State or Federal Court to have ANY ONE removed from office for clear violations that place "SELECTED" Public in harms way.

Also having issued a NO ARREST Order for certain Politically aligned Felonious Inter-State Acts. He could be criminally charge in Federal Court as a co-Conspirator to facilitating Inter-state Criminal activities. (RICO-ACT Anyone?)

The RICO Act - Allows the arrest and criminal charges leaders of an Inter-State and Inter-National organized groups or syndicates. Where the leaders ordered others to commit criminal acts, or assisted criminals in their activities.
