[NYPOST] A 31-year-old man was fatally shot in the head in Harlem — one of seven victims of gun violence across the city Tuesday and Wednesday, according to police.The victim, who was hit at Malcolm X Boulevard and West 112th Street around 9:20 a.m., was taken to Mount Sinai Morningside, where he was pronounced dead.

The circumstances of the shooting were not immediately known.
The victim, who police sources said had a lengthy criminal record, was not immediately identified pending family notification.
Earlier in the morning, a 34-year-old man walked into NYU Langone’s Tisch Hospital with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the right arm.
He would not tell authorities where the incident occurred, police sources said.
