More Good News: AOC Contemplates Quitting Politics in NY Times Interview |

[TRENDINGPOLITICS]Over the weekend, Radical Progressive Congresswomen Alexandria Boom BoomOcasio-Cortez ![]() Green New Deal, though she doesn't talk about it much anymore... sat down with the New York Times ![]() ...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize... for an interview about the current state of the American political landscape. AOC explained her grief in being a far-left progressive in a country where we value our traditions and things like the United States Constitution. |

As of 2019, members who participated in the congressional pension system are vested after five (5) years of service. A full pension is available to members 62 years of age with 5 years of service; 50 years or older with 20 years of service; or 25 years of service at any age. A reduced pension is available depending upon which of several different age/service options is chosen. |
