MoD stated in a blurb, that security forces launched an operation last night to clear the central and various other areas around the Dasht-e-Archi district of Taliban fighters.
According to the bulletin, Taliban fighters have fled the area with heavy casualties, but security forces are continuing operations to clear the area completely.
The Ministry of Defense announced yesterday that new commando forces have been sent to retake the Dasht-e-Archi district.
The district was reported fallen into the hands of Talibs a few days ago, in a tactical retreat, security forces had withdrawn from the area.
37 Taliban forces of Evil have been reported killed in the Dasht-e-Archi district when they attacked security checkpoints, and fifteen other Taliban fighters were also maimed in the

This comes as the Taliban intensified their attacks around the country and Doha Talks are still kept without any result.
