[APA.AZ] The Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan Sabina Aliyeva took part in the IV International scientific and practical conference on the topic "Problems of protecting human rights ...which are usually open to widely divergent definitions... in the Eurasian space: Exchange of experience by Ombudsmen", organized by the Institute of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Russian Federation, Ombudsman's Office told APA.The conference chaired by the Human Rights Ombudsman of the Russian Federation Tatyana Moskalkova was attended by the Ombudsmen of ![]() , Iran, Serbia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, and several other countries, leaders, and representatives of some international organizations. S. Aliyeva informed the participants of the international conference about the war crimes of Armenia. Speaking at the event, the Chief Ombudsman of Turkey Sharaf Malkoch noted that at the invitation of Sabina Aliyeva he visited the territories destroyed as a result of missile attacks in Azerbaijan, conducted an investigation at the scene, and prepared a corresponding report. |
