Legal Fights Go On: Trump campaign at USSC and Wisconsin SC, Lin Wood’s GA case gets USSC court date | |

Giuliani to Newsmax TV: Legal Fight Will Go On [NewsMax] Rudy Giuliani says President Donald Trump ...The tack in the backside of the Democratic Party... ’s legal battle will go on despite the Supreme Court rejecting a bid Friday from Texas’ attorney general to block the ballots of millions of voters in battleground states that went in favor of Joe Foreign Policy Whiz KidBiden ![]() "The case wasn’t rejected on the merits, the case was rejected on standing," Giuliani said Friday during an appearance on Newsmax TV’s "Stinchfield." "The answer to that is to bring the case now in the district court by the president, by some of the electors, alleging the same facts where there would be standing and therefore get a hearing." The court’s order was issued with no public dissents. The Electoral College will convene Monday to affirm Biden’s win. "The worst part of this is, basically the courts are saying they want to stay out of this, and they don’t want to give us a hearing and they don’t want the American people to hear these facts.," said Giuliani.
The lawsuit, brought by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, sought to sue Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin and Michigan and invalidate their election results. The Supreme Court said Texas had not demonstrated "a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections." 's lawsuit seeking to throw out tens of thousands of ballots in two of the state's Democratic strongholds, and moved quickly to schedule arguments for noon Saturday. The decision came hours after a lower court rejected the Trump request to invalidate the state's certification of Joe Foreign Policy Whiz KidBiden ![]() as the winner and the president's legal team skipped the state appeals court by going directly to Wisconsin's highest court. The campaign is seeking to throw out large swaths of ballots in Milwaukee and Dane counties, arguing there were absentee ballot irregularities in both Democratic-leaning urban centers. The high court's decision was first reported by the Wisconsin State Journal. Earlier Friday, Racine County Reserve Circuit Judge Stephen Simanek rejected the lawsuit and concluded Trump's legal team had failed to prove Wisconsin's voting laws were violated. #20 everyone would know at least 2 or 3 signature memorable phrases he uttered. "If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor." |

#19 A completely mediocre, vain and foolish little cipher. Just a quick scan, but you must surely be referring to Barak Obama. |

#18 If Soetoro truly had had "charisma," then, at a minimum, everyone would know at least 2 or 3 signature memorable phrases he uttered. As in JFK's "Ask not..." and "pay any price, bear any burden" or Reagan's "Tear down this wall" and "these were the boys of Bastogne." Hell, even those nebbishes Jerry Ford and Jimmy Carter uttered memorable phrases. But this vain little impostor didn't say anything in 8 years that anyone -- not even his most ardent c0cksucking cucks -- that anyone rbets. Not one phrase. So much for his "inspiring" and "eloquent" way with words. A completely mediocre, vain and foolish little cipher. |

#16 I think a mass loss of faith in government is a good thing. The media and the dems will be, as always, surprised at the unintended consequences of their actions... |

#14 at least Baraq had charisma. Not really, no. What he had was a worshipful press pretending he charisma. |

#13 Ifi were Trump id resign the presidency today. Donald Trump is a fighter. He ran for president because he couldn’t stand what the government has become — twice. In 2000 he ran, and quickly lost, as the Reform Party candidate. Then in 2011 he looked seriously at running as a Republican, but in the end decided to back Mitt Romney. He has already said that if he does lose, he’ll be back in 2024. I predict he will continue fighting after Joe Biden is sworn in, should that happen, and then loudly harass the Democrats about their stolen election until he formally declares his candidacy in 2023. |

#12 Media has spent four years saying "you can't take this person seriously." Now they will turn on a dime but the body politic won't turn with them. Good Times... |

#10 /\ They are keeping their heads down now in hopes of not having a dozen new tranny justices installed next year. Excellent point. Cowering before the mamba and uttering soft words will not prevent him from biting you. |

#8 Could be that Biden/Harris will be such failures and so unpopular that all the cheating the Dems can do in the next election won't be enough to save them. I mean, at least Baraq had charisma. Biden is out of it and Harris has all the charisma of a rattle snake. But the next four years probably won't be good. |

#6 Ifi were Trump id resign the presidency today. The Republic has ended, the Imperium has begun. Indeed some merit in that, just smile and quietly remove yourself from the kak and clutter. Mike Pence can be a 30 day president and conduct the hand-off. "I've done my very best, worked 12-14 hours per day. haven't taken a dime in salary. Have not taken a dime from K-Street. If this is what you want, have at it. You can stick a fork in me, I'm done. No calls, interviews, or interruptions, no exceptions. Have a nice day." Of course he can't say that.... or can he ? |

#5 If i were Trump id resign the presidency today. The Republic has ended, the Imperium has begun. Don’t wait for the Senators and their knives to ruin you and your family. Let President Pence pardon you for any crime imaginable and let the future of this land drift into the hands of the criminals who sold it to China. The rest of us, need to chose what small roles we may play. |

#4 Lack of standing is a dodge for justices who don't have the guts to make a decision. Of course Texas has standing. If you dilute their votes in the Electoral College by massive cheating in other states, the citizens of Texas are directly harmed. I'd call that standing. |

#1 I think it is time for Republican-controlled state legislatures in states like PA and MI to rein in the out-of-control executive bureaucracy in their states. We'll soon see if they have the will to do so. |
