| Wife of convicted California congressman seeks divorce |

| [NEWS.YAHOO] The wife of former Rep. Duncan Hunter has filed for divorce after both were convicted of corruption and prosecutors alleged the politician had used campaign funds on extramarital affairs. Margaret Hunter filed for divorce on Nov. 20 in San Diego Superior Court, according to online records. In November, former Rep. Darrell Issa, who represented a coastal district in neighboring Orange County for 18 years, was elected to his vacant seat. |

| #5 Hunter lost his ethics (#1- affairs, #2- spending campaign cash on personal items). She was his campaign manager and fully participated in #2. #1 was their breaking point |

| #4 By all accounts Hunter was a great candidate. Sad he was a dirtbag underneath. Odd she took so long to get divorced. |

| #2 ^ If you had a choice between Duncan Hunter and Ammar Campa-Najar, even if you were convinced that Hunter is a crook, you would still have to vote for Hunter. Campa-Najar is a flat out communist. You can deal with Hunter in the next primary but you cannot afford any more communists in Congress than we already have. |
