#8  Everybody is somebody in Snellville.

Maternal grandparents had about 40 acres off Old North Rd.

#7  Oh , sorry , I thought this was a story about not having a license for the cell phone.

#6  ^P2k, I lived there for 6 years - I even once convinced a New Mexico judge that I was driving 90 because I forgot that a speedometer is in miles, not kilometers.

#5  Ah, that's nothing g(r)om. DWI, suspended license, no insurance, and still driving in New Mexico is a daily experience to the locals, cops, and judges. They don't do anything till someone is seriously injured or killed. Then its a couple years. If you are going to kill anyone in New Mexico, use your car and then swig a bottle of hootch, you'll shave decades off your premeditated act.

#4  I remember the times when only the native born Georgans wanted to live in Snellville. Sounds like it's gone woke or they aren't making enough $ from parking tickets.

#3  I have grown to LOVE seeing such drivers ticketed.
Having had too many close calls over the years caused by Left-hand using Cell Phone Drivers pulling out into traffic. Or the Stoplight yappers/texters causing others to wait another stoplight cycle.

A cop in Snellville Ga at one time held the Record for Cell Phone use while Driving tickets. It was something like 312 in 1 month. Just by standing on the Crosswalk island, at an intersection where there had been a lot of Car/Cell related accidents.
