#9  Dron, see Tom Kratman's series of novels known as the Carrera series. It's about a parallel earth called Terra Nova. The hero sets up a paramilitary mercenary squad, which does what a lot of military people would like to do - execute journalists who are acting as spies, beat up jihadis celebrating a 9/11 style attack, etc.
The first in the series is A Desert Called Peace.

#8  So many f#ckers that cause these outrages across the world and go on to become heroes and morale victories for their people, almost all of them have been under the gun at at least one time in their lives. And we, with our ROEs and conventions and protocols... the stupid European shit philosophies and humanist liberal nonsense embedded into our constitutions and our guilt ridden f#ggot principles of soldierly propriety... AAAGH!

#7  Any responsible administration with even half a set of working balls would have ordered an NSG team to storm the plane [IC 814] and save what could be saved, kill every one of those SOBs. They later went on to kill hundreds of Indians anyway.

#6  Prepared to prosecute vice actually prosecute is correct... We have been "preparing to prosecute" KSM and his accomplices in GTMO for close to two decades now. Whole lotta preparing has to be done don't ya know... Low confidence anything will ever occur and that is injustice to the families of the 3,000 victims...they deserve justice.

#3  Considering a woman was shoot in the neck and killed on film in the Capital a few weeks ago and no suspect named or investigation I have zero confidence American Justice will do anything to this POS Pakistani.

#2  Little noticed, SCOTUS approved double jeopardy in being allowed to he prosecuted both in federal and state courts for the same crime. They did it by allowing a slue of various charges for the commission of the same crime.

My Constitutional issue is the Sixth Amendment -
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed,..
They never thought of prosecuting someone for acts against Americans outside of the country. Heck, Ashli Babbitt won't get 'justice' here.

#1  As much as I feel the guy needs to make his maker...
I can see a 1/2 A$$ good lawyer citing the US Constitution... regarding Double Jeopardy....

It is better to let a "Certain People" handled it like they are doing a clean for Hillary or the DC Deep State'ers.
