| #1 there is the matter of standing also, if you have made assertions of evidence without the actual evidence, your lawsuit is going to go down the tube on the other hand there is good reason to think that the zukerberg voting information program for 2020 violated the campaign finance law in that it was targeted at precincts with Dem population profiles and not declared as a campaign contribution; that however is not a criminal matter and certainly not a matter for civil court |
