#6  For three whole months, the Prosecution sat on the toxicology findings of the chief medical examiner Dr. Andrew Baker, who reported that Floyd died of a fentanyl overdose and that there was absolutely no evidence of asphyxiation or strangulation.

...In other words, like a drowned man, Floyd’s lungs were filled with fluid. And that was the obvious and inescapable reason why Floyd kept shouting over and over again that he couldn’t breathe even when he was upright and mobile.

The memorandum ends with Dr. Baker’s devastating conclusion that “if Floyd had been found dead in his home (or anywhere else) and there were no other contributing factors he [Dr. Baker] would conclude that it was an overdose death.”

This is a complete farce. Outrageous. Keith Ellison and the two prosecutors who suppressed this transcript for three months have blood on their hands.

#5  Theory was they purposely overcharged to appeal to the then emotion, and for the eventual acquittal to inspire another wave of unrest and 'dialogue'.

So basically to avoid Rioting, Looting, Arson's, state/nation wide assaults and shootings by BLOM on LEO's. Which would be pretty much lead by a politically steered, supported and funded collection of LYNCH MOB's.

They are willing to toss out the impartial due process of Law.
