| #12 Texas has sent there National Guard to the border and I believe plan to complete the wall. The wave of illegals will move West which brings them closer to those sanctuary cities. |

| #9 I agree with Abbott that testing and quarantining is the job of the Federal government - but by saying so he is pretty much locking the State out of any kind of border or immigrant jurisdiction. That now equals open borders, regardless of the actual laws. |
